Car: 1991 Firebird 305TBI

I searched and read just about every headlight problem thread on this forum and tried everything. My headlights worked fine until I wrecked the car last year. I have a 1992 V6 Firebird donor parts car that I have been piecing my car back together with. The headlights work fine on it, so I swapped out the headlight module and that did nothing. I then swapped out the headlight switch and still no cure. I have a circuit tester and I am not getting any power to the plug that you plug the motor into. The V6 car has power and I even put the module off my car and the switch off my car and they worked fine on it.

Tell me there is something that I am forgetting. Is there a relay or fuse that I am overlooking.
