small block dimensions

I am working on a block design and need the measurements for main webbing thicknesses and spacings. I do not have access to any blocks right now so I can not take them myself. A link or some numbers would be a huge help. Thanks in advance.

Re: small block dimensions

Yes. To be more specific I am still working on a project I mentioned here about a year ago. I wanted to make a bolt on that would allow the engine to run camless. I kept running into numerous design problems and the answer to those problems made the entire thing less and less practical. Now I am designing an engine block from the ground up that will incorporate the system. I am documenting its progress here: http://enginedev.blogspot.com/

Now that I have these dimensions I can design this block to accept a chevy crank, pistons, rods, etc., to keep costs as low as possible once I am ready to test this thing. Its a little ambitious, but everyone got to have something that wakes em up in the morning...

Way impressive! I think it's a good ambition. And thank you for the link.
