inline fuel pump fuse near battery?

Friend is looking for it but no joy. Where it be or what loom/area is it close to.
Any advice on a no start issue as well. Searched and saw nuetral safety stich and VATS being possilbe culprits. Any other ideas???
He's got a few months old pump that doesn't prime or make sound anymore. Had good pressure not that long ago.

What year? Not all had the inline fuse (my 87 didn't)
