1999 vortec 350 budget build questions

Car: 84
Engine: 360 210 alumium heads
Transmission: th350 3600 stall w/shift kit
Axle/Gears: floater Ford 9" 4.56 full Lw spool
1999 vortec 350 budget build questions
I picked up a 1999 vortec 350 out of a 3/4 truck with around 150000 miles I would like to do a good street build on it. I would like to use the stock heads and short block.. Here is what I have been thinking.
- rebuild short block
-Summit stage 3 vortec intake
- Helley 4160 vac sec carb
- msd hei dis
-thin head gaskets and possibly have heads shaved?
-xe 274 cam 230-236 .487/.490 with 1.5 roller rockers
-heads set up by machine shop for more lift
-slight bowl work on heads
-1 5/8 long tube headers
-under drive pulley
well this be a good set up?
