Need advice on injectors and a regulator.. cleaning

I bought this car and found rust in the tank. A thin film.
It had been sitting for a few years. It would crank with
fluid. Noid lights come up good and has pressure to the rail.
I figured it had to be the injectors.
Pulled em. It was caked in flakey rust on the rail side. all crudded up.

Question #1: If I send these off to be cleaned, can they handle it.

Question #2: The fuel regulator pict is below. Should I try to take it apart to clean it? Does it require a kit to rebuild? Is it hard to do?
I see there are security allen slots around it. Is some giant spring
going to fly out if I open it and decapitate me. lol. Whats the best way to clean this thing?

The injectors look pretty "cruddy", If you want, you can send the injectors to us and we can do our best to clean them up and flowtest them for you. If we cannot do anything with them there will be no charge. What application are the injectors from anyway? If you have any questions just pm, email, or call us at 516-492-6504. We will do our best to help.
