What year, what motor, TBI, TPI, carb, what tranny?
I'm assuming it's cruise control - should be TV cable (for auto tranny), throttle, and cruise.

I'm sure it's cruise control - no throttle would mean no go, and no TV cable would mean no shift which would mean blown tranny which would mean no go also.
