84 camaro what type of oil?
84 h.o. 5.0 with 73k miles. should i use 10w 30 or 40?

I would say Rotella 10 30. I talked to a tech at Shell Oil, and he recommended it to me. It has 1200 ppm of zddp which would be good for a solid lifter engine like yours. It wouldn't hurt to run the 15w40 as long as it is not colder than 10 degrees. So I've been told anyway.
