I was wondering if anyone has had a problem after going from AC to non AC with a 1LE heater box. Ever since I have done this my vent air is very warm at city speeds, and does not cool until I get on the freeway with fresh air coming through the cowl. Is this common when switching to a metal heater box? I have thought about taking it out and lining the inside with a heat reflective material, or fabing up some kind of heat shield around the box to keep radiant heat down. Thanks
