what caused 3 plugs to carbon file

I have a 87 2.8 v6 camaro RS. My problem is no power when i take it on the street. Did compression test and No 1 cylinder had 60 psi, No 3 had 120psi, No 5 had 90 psi. 2, 4, and 6 all read at 150 psi. When i pulled the plugs 3 on the driver side were carboned up and 3 on the pass. side when like brand new. Put the plugs in new today and started the car to warm up to operating temp for comp. test. What is causing the 3 on drivers side to be so carboned up so fast?
