JEGS PN 723-2151

Will these heads bolt on my l98? jegs pn 723-2151 and anyone have any info on them? are they good heads or crap? i want to run a hsr and a lt4 hot cam.

im also interested in getting some of these heads, my question is ( may be a stupid question ) do you have to get the vortec tpi baseplate to bolt on these heads? or will they just bolt on a stock tpi intake?
