MAP sensor
Hello all,
I cannot figure out where the vacuum line for the MAP sensor runs/connects to, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Re: MAP sensor
What is the difference between these two pictures, and is the one with the blue connector not supposed to have anything hooked up to it? The damn haynes shows both pictures and says a MAP can be on either side well it looks like I have both? I just need to hook up the blue connector sensor

Re: MAP sensor
The LG4 carb engine has two sensors, one for engine manifold vacuum with a gray connector p/n 2503679 and the one with the blue connector is the barometric pressure sensor p/n 1600683. No line connected to the BARO sensor, it originally had a piece of foam glued over the inlet port. There is NOTHING to hook to the Blue connector Sensor. My LG4 El Camino has the same set up.
