well, i have a 305 in my 83 berlinetta and i just recently changed the valve cover gaskets cause oil was leakin out onto my manifolds and smokin bad lol. so i figured once i changed em, itd stop..so i did. well it stillll leaks, wtf? it comes out the bolt holes (yes the bolts are in) and leaks in between the two bolts on that long strip between them..how can i get tht to stop?

 

Im pretty sure a bolt kit is in order when replacing gaskets and there is leak protection that can be applied on the bolts. Any shop or auto parts store should be able to tell you.

How long did it take to change the gaskets? Mines in need replacing all the gaskets
