Spun bearing? Thuding only when warm
Well when cold the car sounds perfect. No knock, no nothing. You can rev it, you can floor it nothing. Even in gear. How ever, when it starts getting warm, it starts knocking really bad. Only when it's at idle or a little above . When reved around 3000 RPM's it goes away. Any suggestions?

I don't think it's a spun bearing, and from my experience if it were a rod, it would knock always, especially at higher rpm's. I am wondering if it might be piston slap you are hearing??? Just a guess on my part there, but it is possible. Do you have good oil pressure at all times and temps?
