Oil burning problem

I built the motor a few years ago for my old camaro. It ran fine didnt burn any oil. Then it sat for about a year. I pulled it out and put it in my firebird. Only thing i did was change the intake to a dual plane. It runs great but at wot you couldnt see who was driving behind you it would smoke to bad. I drove it for about a year like this just never got on it.

Well i got a new car it sat for about 6 months. I decided to start driving it again and get it to stop smoking.

I changed the intake gaskets and valve stem seals, that seemed to solve most of my problem, now at wot i can see a blue haze behind the car but it is still 10x better.

Im thinking its a pcv problem. I got my dad to follow me, when i first stomp it he said it smoked a good bit but it cleaned out as i stayed in it and was hardly smoking by the time i let off.

The motor has about 15k miles total since rebuild, any ideas?
