Has anyone used one of these brackets?

I bought one of these brackets off ebay and was wondering if anyone on here has put one on? The instruction are the same as the one they sell from march, Im am using a power steering pump that has a key pulley "I believe saginaw".

bracket http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT

march instructions http://www.marchperf.com/instruction...structions.pdf

and if anyone can fix the title so I don't sound stupid.

To edit the title of a topic, if you go into the "edit" mode, then select "advanced edit" you can modify the title of a topic. Otherwise, I've not installed one of these so I can't help you there. Sorry.

Re: Has anyone used one of these brackets?

I tried one - it would not work. I tried everything for days, there was no way it would work on my car - I even tried several different pumps with no luck.

I - like you - thought I'd save a buck since they 'look' identical to the March bracket. Not the case - it was money wasted. If you can't see a way of making it work after a few hours of trying - toss it in the trash and call it an expensive lesson learned, and then order the March bracket - I had the March bracket installed in about an hour, after days of screwing with that ebay crapola. In the case of p/s pump brackets, you really do get what you pay for!
