Engine wants to die but doesnt?
I just bought this car a month ago. 1982 4 cyl Firebird with 190k miles.
The car runs great and starts everytime. But after its warmed up and I slow down to a stop sign or stop light it seems to stumble at the low end then revs up a little then it is steady. If I push the peddle and rev it up and let go the car will stumble on the low and rev up a little to run smooth again. Any ideas?
I have replaced plugs/wires/distributor/rotar clip/fuel filter/air filter. I also inspected the throttle body and it looks very clean but I did not remove it and clean it.
