Starts Second crank everytime never first. Proplem???????

Car: 91 Camaro RS
Engine: LO3, 305 TBI
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3. something low. like .14 maybe.
Starts Second crank everytime never first. Proplem???????
I have an lo3 91 rs it will never start first crank always second. Anyone have an idea on what it could be?

I would, for fuel pressure to build. Like key it to ACC for maybe 1-2 full seconds then crank it, should start faster.

Try waiting for 2 seconds and listening for the fuel pump to shut off after priming.
