Fuel sending unit for carb? fix or replace?
Hi all ive been looking for a replacement for a carburetor fuel sending unit. Is there a way to rebuild the current one or recondition it? i searched 1a auto and posts on here and haven't been able to come up with much in the way of information. would i be able to swap a sending unit from a tbi or tpi equipped car?

hey thanks for looking, but we've come up dry on suppliers for the carbed sending units. what's the issue you're having with your current one? is it rusted? not reading correctly?

Mine isn't reading correctly. It was last year, this year it's not. I run out of gas at 1/4 tank. Not sure what happened. Can't find anything on the internet other than classic restoration places who will probably cost me and arm and a leg for it. I need one for a Carbed 84 T/A.
