What more to get 400 HP?

What more to get 400 HP?
Hi Guys,
I've tried to build my 355 the best I can given my budget (see sig). My car has plenty of mid/upper RPM pull when going down the highway. I haven't had a chance to dyno it yet but I estimate I'm in the 350fwhp area. Is there anything simple I can do or bolt-on (within reason) to bump the HP to around 400?
Even though its a lot of work to take the heads off, I was considering removing them and porting them a bit to match the ports on my HSR. Would this yield a noticeable improvement?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
