Fixing/converting a/c?

Hey guys,
My 85 Iroc has the a/c system intact, but doesn't work any more. Obviously it leaked the r-12 out somewhere so I will have to find the leak. Can some one explain/help me with what it takes to convert the stock system over to 134-a? I would like to see if I can getthis workinginstead of ripping it out.

Thanks,

Jason

Re: Fixing/converting a/c?

all it takes is the 134 conversion fittings, evacuate the system, change your reciever drier and fill up with 134 very simple you could go over the top and replace the system but its not necessary, im sure youll get a few people going no youre wrong blah blah but its fine
