ecm and harness help

How is it that i could find out what year harness i have?
Its a tpi harness, also the ecm is there some kind of numbers or something that i could look up?

The ecm will have part numbers on it if you pull it and look at it.

Post some pics of your harness and the pigtails that are in question and we might be able to help.
