ok, so i picked up a 350 for 200$ to replace my 305 crossfire. i was wanting to build something that would get me around 400 hp n/a (may twin turbo later, but if i do i'll lower compression then), block recently bored 30 over and im still debating on carb, or tpi since i have both laying in my garage. (im puttin the 305 in my cherokee lol)

what size cam, what heads, what rods, ect should i run? i've never built an engine before, so i was looking for guidance for my first build.. as far as budget goes, lets say around 3-4000. any help would be appreciated
