I am looking for the relay for the fog lights on my 91 firebird

I am also looking for the fuse to the fog lights and cant find it I looked under the dash and couldt find one marked fog lights

Your fog lights might be PO installed therefore no factory fuse.

If there is a factory relay it’s about a foot behind the assembly line diagnostic link.

If there is a factory fuse it’s on the bottom right of the fuse block.

In some configurations there will be a circuit breaker instead of a fuse.
