can it be a 400 block
my friend has a 509 casting block... two freeze plugs...he says it's a 400..I thought 400 had 3 freeze plugs.

The two freeze plug blocks are a little more sought after by the not so honest circle track guys. I've run into this more than a few times. Easier to pass off as a 350 with only the two freeze plugs.

509 casting # is ABSOLUTE PROOF it's a 400.
Ignore the freeze plug count.
