Getting spark knock

I've been having it for a while. I can hear it on low rpms and when it's under load, like when I go into 3rd and overdrive.
I just replaced cap and rotor. Timing is only at 1 degree advanced. Plugs are not that old, along with wires. Could it be the ignition control module that's under that cap? Knock sensor wouldn't fix it right?

Re: Getting spark knock

Try timing it at 0 degrees as suggested and see if that helps
