Here's the story. I was driving on saturday in 60 degree weather in NY and i was doing city driving and a little racing. Must've been driving for about 2hrs. I go home, let the car sit for like 15 mins. I start it up again, and i noticed horrible backfiring/idle. But,the catch was the car was idling where it was supposed to be. So, i took it out and after a few mins the idling evened out and the car was normal. I remember reading about someone else with a similar issue. Is this because of the starter being hot?
