406 budget rotating assembly

So...I want to upgrade my stock 406 rotating assembly...but don't need 600hp type parts. My goals are 500 hp, about 6500 rpm (MAX) and NA (no nitrous either)

Is this a decent deal?

Not a terrible price, how much for shipping? If you're going to run it to 6,500, I recommend you price the balancing service too. Also, I would never swap rotating assy without fully preparing the block. Line hone, check deck alignment, bore and hone with torque plates, and clearance the rotaing assy in the block.
