Moving a car with the torque arm out...
I have the engine, trans, driveshaft and torque arm out of my 'vert. Of course, now is when the muffler falls off of my daughter's car. Can I push it, by hand, out of the garage and down the driveway and then back in without seriously damaging anything on the rear suspension/axle? I'd really prefer to fix my kid's car in the garage/on the lift than lay out in the driveway. I'm getting too old/fat/lazy for jackstands.

I drove my up my driveway with the torque arm out, got on it for a second without thinking... bad idea; the torque arm didn't line back up but I made it fit with a BFH.

Just don't try to stop it using the parking brake. Axle housing twist will be resisted only by the shocks.
