Car doesn't run right help!!!

I have a 84 camaro with the 305 and its running really rough. When I give it gas the car doesn't go but it revs. I don't think it is the transmission because it was running driving fine yesterday. The choke light comes on and I tested the alternator and it was working fine. Replaced the belts and there is black smoke pooring out of the exhaust and running extremely rich. Can anyone help? I am lost and can't figure it out.

Re: Car doesn't run right help!!!

I have de some thinking and some research and came to the conclusion itnis a vacuum problem. The transmission doesn't shift right and brake pedal is hard to press when car is on. Any ideas on what might be leaking?

Does anyone know or have a diagram for the vacuum system on the car that might be able to help me figure out where the leak is coming from?
