valve spring??????
i have an 84 trans am, i am building up a 350 it is bored over .060" i have ported and polished vortec heads 194/150 valve i am going to be running a comp cams thumpr 12-600-4 hydraulic flat tappet cam, i am looking for valve springs that i can use that require no machining of the heads, the cam has .479 intake and .465 Exhaust lift, anyone have any ideas???? i heard something about stock ls1 beehives? HELPPPPP

you can use ls6 beehives(less then 100 bucks but prone to breaking) with comp cams 787 retainers and locks, or comp cams 26915 or 26918(about 200 bucks) beehives and should be fine with your total lift.
