nasty plume of smoke?
it has a cam head work and cat delete.
i noticed if my car idles for more than a few minutes then you get on it you get a plume grayish black of smoke out the back is this normal
And at ilde you get a little puff puff of blueish smoke witch i wrote of as just gas in the oil from long periods of idle during tuning does that sound like something normal with the cam and idle time?

Sounds like bad valve guides, bad valve stem seals or you may get lucky and
have a bad PVC valve !
Spend $5 bucks and try a new PVC valve first!

Re: nasty plume of smoke?
The black smoke you described sounds like it's running too rich. Does it blow blue smoke after it is warmed up?
