the pitman arm is the arm connected directly to the splined output shaft of the steering box. It is a non-wear part and only ever has to be replaced if its damaged somehow.

JamesC thanks again haha. So I bought the rebuild kit for just the power steering box, snap ring pliers, and I didnt have enough for the pit arm remover(Didnt know it was 30 somethin bucks). 
Is there anything im missing? Do I need a new rag joint, lock nuts and bolts. Or can I reuse them?
the leak is coming out from in between the steering box and the shaft
UPDATE: Did some searching
and it appears the rag joint is in between the shaft and the steering box. Should I replace parts since this it is in the area of the leak and since im down there
