Camaro Hard Start

Hey everyone, names Jake and i do not own this camaro

Working on a 1982 Camaro Berlinetta. Cars pretty beat up from previous owner.
Vac Lines unhooked every where, and broke Air Pipes (A/P to Cat) and Destroyed EGR. (threads are dead) tryin to get this puppy running and its been a while since i had my firebird.

so heres the problem. car starts, and either idles VERY high (close to 3k) or doesn't idle at all. at this point i've got all the vacuum lines routed to something. so there is at least no leaks. a proper vac diagram would be helpful.

I will take pics of the car. i'm goin over to my Girls house today to work on it some more. i'm sure there is another thread about this car previously posted, i'm sure i'll actually be able to fix whats broke and not break more.

i appreciate the assistance, and ask any questions you need. i have a habit of leaving out important things.

Look forward to hearing from you guys.
