I had my engine rebuilt, 87 irocz 305 TPI but half way through the build my mechanic/close friend got deployed over seas, hope him safe travels. He pulled all my smog out, charcoal canister and smog pump and we did hooker headers with out the air tubes.

My question is what complications will I have with the computer since my smog is gone. What do I need to do.

1-What hoses do I need to close off.
2-Do I need to program a chip to run with out the smog?
3-What plugs will be extra that I won't need? Plug colors?
4-And this may be a stupid question, do I need the EGR sensor or can I put the valve in the manifold and remove the sensor?

Did I miss anything that should be addressed?
