is my bottom end gonna hold up???
ok, i have a standard bore 98 350 engine i ordered a while back, it was built with flattop 4vr lt1 hypertectic pistons, lt1 powdermetal rods, and a factory cast crank, the deckheight is stock, i have 64cc heads on it now i think comp is around 10:1 mebe, lol
my question is, is this gonna hold up to 6700rpms? the car is setup to run a 100shot at the strip, ive heard horror stories about pm rods scattering
i have a 1piece 88 350 i built for an imca car, its zero decked, .30 2vr forged pistons, 4340 rods, and a factory forged crank, would i be better to swap my cam heads and intake on this shortblock? both engines are balanced
its gonna run on 93 pump. will the comp be tooo high with the .30 0 deck engine?

A 100 shot should be no problem. If you check out the LS1Tech forums in the nitrous section there are lots of people running 150RWHP shots (.062 nitrous jet) without issue.Just keep a close eye on your tune and plugs and watch for signs of #7 and 8 cylinders running lean.
