Timing cover install

I am about to install a new timing cover to my engine but before making something stupid, I would have a question.

I have time particular timing cover:

As you can see there is a nook between each two bolt holes. The Fel-Pro gasket that I have for the timing cover is quiet thin.

Is it enough to install this cover with the gasket only? I'm worried that it may have some leaks in the cover bolt areas as those parts will not contact properly on the block because of the nooks keeping it a bit further.

What do you think? Is it enough to use the gasket only? Should I use RTV instead of the gasket? Use both of them?

And don't forget to use it in the corners where the cover, block, and pan meet on the lip seal.
