fitting gen3 vortec head on a old 383

Hey folks, i was wondering if a generation 3 LQ9 6.0 aluminium head would fit on a 383 that i am rebuilding, i know the intake has to be replaced, but would it fit there, also, would the headers still fit ? anything else i should look into as per fitting issues?

Combustion Chamber Volume: 71.06cc
Intake Port Volume: 210cc
Exhaust Port Volume: 75cc
Intake Valve Diameter: 2.00 inches
Exhaust Valve Diameter: 1.55 inches

All together completely different engines.
The only thing that interchanges between GEN 1 and 2 engines and GEN III (LS ) engines is the Chevy badge
