First thing to check is the firing order, then valve lash.

Is the crank balanced for your rotating assembly?

Re: new crank, now funny firing

timing was set. crank and cam with the holes touching. and then top died piston 1 with the timing make set in the middel of the timing idercater on the chaine cover. and the dizzy facing piston 1.

the firing order as far as i know is in the right order cheaked more then once. started to take of the valve covers to make sure everything is right but ran out of time. thats the next job on my days of.

i dint get the crank balaced due to the motor been in the car still.

thanks for your help guys

yeah i agree with infernal, id check the firing order to start off with. sounds completely dumb, buy hey were only human. i bet we all messed that up at least once, if not more. if its fuel injected, there should be 2 10amp fuses as well.
