Car: 1992 Camaro RS

Engine: 305

Transmission: 5 Speed for now

Code 32, EGR failure

I'm getting an EGR failure code, but only in 5th gear on the highway??? I've tested the EGR, replaced the EGR solenoid valve, checked the vacuum lines, etc. Any ideas on what to try next???
