Need a little help!!!

Alright, so my 92 camaro wouldn't start, the problem being that the battery was not being recharged so I had the alternator rebuilt, when I went to pick it up they told me that the alternator was charging but the battery wasn't getting the charge, this is where I'm stuck right now, any suggestions as to what I could do???(Right now I'm cleaning the cables, removing grease and such)

their is a inline fuse on the starter wire that connects to the same post as the battery maybe it went bad? that might be something you want to check.

Re: Need a little help!!!

I just fixed this problem on my car this weekend. I replace the battery, was not the problem. Thought is was the ALT. It wasn't. There is a wire that connects to the side of the alt ,mine was slightly frayed. I noticed that there was some corrosion on the wire, i scraped it off only to see the wires were frayed. I Cut the wire put a connector on it crimped it reconnected it, and was fixed. I had all my power back.
