What are these seals for? (305V8 gasket kit)
Ok, I feel a little dumb for asking this, but can someone tell me what the two orange seals are in a Chevy 305 engine gasket kit (Fel-Pro #KS2656)? (These are the ones just to the left of the mechanical fuel pump gasket in the picture.) This isn't my first engine rebuild, but is the newest engine I've rebuilt (1991) and don't recall seeing these two in previous gasket kits. Also there are two similar gaskets that seem like they'd fit in between the oil filter adapter and the block. Are these just two different designs or does one go somewhere else? There is also a round black gasket that is about the same size as the distributor gasket that I'm not sure about.

On the left it looks to be the IAC gasket and the oil filter adapter gaket (2wd).
Right side has the oil filter adapter (4wd) and the oil bypass gaskets for the engine oil cooler (trucks).
