Throttle not open all the way

it cant get to WOT when i press the gas but if i take the cables off and do it by hand it goes all the way. little cable with the black clip (kickdown??) is to tight and holding it back, anyway to adjust it? help!

Yes, you FORCE it to WOT at the throttle arm. There is a ratchet mechanism in the TV cable (kickdown cable) that will ratchet it to proper adjustment with significant force applied.

If this makes you queasy, you can push the big "D" shaped button on the side of the TV cable head (you have to push it pretty hard to get it to depress) and you can slide the cable forward and backward manually in the cable head to adjust it.
