Power steering pump is WHICH of 2 kinds??

Hey guys I have a 89 manual transmission Iroc-Z. Im gonna buy some stuff and I'm not sure if my stock power steering pump is PRESS FIT or if its KEY WAY.

Do you guys know which one it is for sure??

Press. This means that the pulley has to be pressed on the shaft (or that a pulley remover has to used to get it off).

Yeah, press fit. It's a smooth shaft with no keyway. Get the proper removal and install tools (2 different tools) and you will save a lot of frustration.

yup agreed with the two above if you have a autozone near you can rent the tool from them
