head questions

what is the maximum cam lift for the lousy 305 tbi heads?

i am also wondering how to run an external electric fuel pump while keeping the stock tank so i dont have to run a fuel cell and not have a trunk anymore.

What kind of heads and cam are in the stock 305 tbi anyway? I have been wondering and don't have the time to crack it open since it is my daily driver.
