New and NEED HELP!!
This problem has been driving me nuts!!
I have a 1989 IROC-Z Convertible, 305 Tune Port, 64000 original miles. Just bought it off of my cousin. it was sitting for a while he only put about 500 miles on it in 2 years.
Now i'm having this problem where after it gets up to normal temp it wont start. Cranks fine but no fire. Thought it was injectors but i ohmed them and theyre all about 16.6
Put in new ignition module, fuel pump relay.
When i put in the new fuel pump relay noted that the pigtail was melted. Trying to find one of these now.
When it fails fuel pressure drops to 0 and pump quits working. This is only after i shut it off after running. Runs fine but after i shut it off wont restart.
After it cools down overnight starts back up like nothing happened
