Re: washer fluid wont spray any ideas?

I fought this on the kids car for some time...and like you swapped several OEM units. My problems always ended up as loss of prime or the pickup tube under the cap falling off. Followed some TGO advice and retrofitted an electric pump last weekend. Also new hoses all the way, new cap, and added check valve in the tank pickup as backup against lost prime. $30 total. Mounted on bracket behind drivers wheel well. I had to dremel out the tubing pass thru holes on firewall a bit, the new hose was thicker wall/bigger dia. Get power from the center electrical connector. On ours the pink was (-) and the two whites were (+) and the plug was brown, but trust your voltmeter. Very happy to have spray not sputter.

heres the Anco pump:

and the McMaster Carr check valve p/n 6079T52 on this page
