95 LT1 DYNO run.. HELP!?

i have a 350 bored 40 over, with a hotcam, 1.6 rocker rollers, stock ported and polished heads, 58mm throttle body, 58mm intake, ported maf, long tube headers, 240 series flow masters, (NOS setup but not running it, need it tuned first)... this is how it did when we took it for a dyno run.. whats going on? can anyone help!?!?!
