I am having problems with my camaro, with it just cranking n not wanting to turn over. It all started about a month after i rebuilt the top end because of a blown headgasket. I replaced the water pump, alternator, heater core, hoses, carb, intake manifold, but kept the same heads, n did a tune up, it ran fine for about a month after. Then all i was at turkey hill getting gas, n the key was giving me problems turning, like i had to force the dang thing to turn, i took it home n was inside for about a half n had to leave again, n the car wouldnt start, so i left it alone till the following day n for ***** n giggles tried to start it n it started, but didnt wanna take it out n something happen. Three days later went to start n it had a dead battery, so i replaced it n it just wanted to crank had air n but no gas didnt check for spark was doing one thing at a time, n so i checked my fuses n the previous owner had the fuel pump hooked to an ignition hot in the fuse block so i hooked it up to a toggle switch n it started took it for a drive to the parts store to get a few things, was in side for about fifteen came out to leave n the key gave me problems to turn again got it to turn n went to leave n it died. Had air gas but no spark, so i changed out the ignition coil, pickup coil ignition module, cap n rotor, whole distributor n the ignition switch, it ran, let it run for about twenty mins shut it off n started it again n no probs, went to leave n i made one right turn it was fine but the second right turn it died instantly, n again no spark, n its been about three days n for some reason my battery is dead again. i think its either a short in the wires, bad ground somewhere or something i just dont kno, im no mechanic but i do try, if ne one has any answers please help...

its a 92 camaro rs with a 1976 chevelle l65 v8 5.7 350 engine it has no emissions on it no egr valve no ac, n i dont think it has a computer n im not sure about the vats i think it maybe bypassed not positive, if u can help me please do thanks in advanced.
