1990 Camaro doesnt get fuel

I have a 1990 Camaro RS 3.1 V6 that I have been having issues with for about 5 months. Spring of 2010 I took the car to my uncles shop in PA to get painted, and it sat for the better part of a year while we worked on it, and when it was finally finished, several snow storms prevented me from bringing it back down to MD. When I finally got the car home in April, I took it out, it ran great. My emissions test was due, so I took it out, had the test done, it passed easily. I made a stop for about an hour on the way home, and when I came out I started it, pulled out into the road and it stalled halfway across. I started it again and it ran, but every time I gave it gas, it would stall. I loaded on a trailer to get home and started the last 5 months of hell trying to get it running again. It was to the point after getting it home where it would not even start. It would crank, but never fire. I replace the throttle position sensor, the oil pressure sensor, the ECM, the ignition switch, fuel pump switch, and bypassed the VATS module. Nothing.... The fuel pump is showing 50 pounds of pressure. It would start with a little starting fluid, but would quickly choke out. I didn't touch it for about 3 weeks, then went out last week turned the key and it started, and ran for about 40 seconds. Started it again and it ran for several minutes, would throttle up and basically ran great....then stalled out. I have been able to do this several times since, with no changes to the car since it would not run at all. I have been sifting through these boards for months looking for an answer, but have found nothing. Anyone out there have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Have you changed the fuel filter? It sounds to me like you got a plugged filter or trash in the pickup tube.

Yea, should have mentioned that. It was the first thing I replaced.

Hmmm, sounds like injector issues then. Have you checked them?

Yea, the injector banks have power, but seem to shut off after varying lengths of time.

Have you ohmed them? Possible they've gone bad so even though they've got power, they won't work. Also, possible that after sitting for so long, they've gotten gummed up and are plugged.

Just what part of VATS did you bypass?....the old resistor trick only gests so far because VATS also shuts down fuel injectors and that's a different module to bypass vats alltogether
