Jumpy acceleration, sometimes limited at 65

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with my 87 firebird lately. I just had the clutch replaced, and the fuel pump/filter were replaced about a year ago. Anyways, there's no set time when it happens, just seems to be when it wants to do it, but it jumps when accelerating. The RPMs don't move at all just the car jumps. I also was on the highway in 5th doing 60 and I started accelerating and it hit 65 than it start decelerating even though my foot was still on the gas. Yet again the RPMs didn't jump. The only problem I have with the RPMs is when I start the car up cold and I give it gas it drops down to almost stalling out and than the gas kicks in and it revs back up for a little while. But once the car is up and running there is never a problem with the RPMs.

Thanks for any input.

Also the shifter shakes when accelerating in 5th gear.
